Aditya Birla Real Estate Ltd has issued a notice for its 129th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for July 27, 2026. The AGM will be conducted via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. Key agenda items include the adoption of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for FY 2025-26, declaration of dividend for the same period, reappointment of Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla as a director, and the appointment of M/s Singhi & Co. as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term at a fee of ₹55 lacs plus applicable taxes and expenses. The Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26 is also being shared with shareholders and debenture holders.
