Aditya Birla Real Estate Ltd Executes Deed of Assignment with UltraTech Cement Ltd for Leasehold Land Rights

Aditya Birla Real Estate Ltd (ABREL), formerly known as Century Textiles and Industries Limited, has executed a Deed of Assignment with UltraTech Cement Ltd for the assignment of its leasehold rights in a leasehold land admeasuring 4,22,778.84 sq. mt. (about 104.47 acres) situated at Jhagadia Industrial Area/Estate of the Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC), Jhagadia, Bharuch, Gujarat. The transaction is for a total consideration of Rs. 93.01 crores. The Deed of Assignment has already been executed as per the terms of GIDC Provisional Order dated 25th September, 2025 and submitted to GIDC to issue the Final Transfer Order upon which possession of the aforesaid leasehold land will be completed to UltraTech Cement Ltd.
