Cerebra Integrated Technologies Ltd. has announced the remote e-voting period for the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for the financial year 2026-27. The e-voting will commence on Tuesday, June 02, 2026, at 09:00 A.M. (IST) and will conclude on Friday, June 05, 2026, at 05:00 P.M. (IST). Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members/Beneficial Owners as of the record date, Friday, May 29, 2026, are eligible to cast their votes electronically. The voting rights will be proportional to their share in the paid-up equity share capital of the company as of the cut-off date.
