CESC Ltd Subsidiary, Purvah Green Power, Signs 1 GW Wind Turbine Generator Agreement with Envision Energy India

CESC Ltd announced that its subsidiary, Purvah Green Power Private Limited, has entered into a framework agreement with Envision Energy India Private Limited for the supply and commission of wind turbine generators (WTG) totaling 1 GW. The agreement also includes operation and maintenance services for a period of ten years post-commissioning of the WTGs. The time period for supply and commissioning of WTGs is yet to be finalized. The operations and maintenance agreement will be for a minimum period of 10 years from the weighted average date of commissioning of the WTGs. It is important to note that this agreement is not a related party transaction and the promoter/promoter group/group companies of Purvah have no interest in Envision.
