CFF Fluid Control: Deviation Statement for FY26

CFF Fluid Control Ltd reported deviations in the utilization of funds raised through a public issue for the year ended March 31, 2026. While ₹7260 lakhs was allocated and utilized for working capital, ₹860.51 lakhs was utilized for general corporate purposes against an original allocation of ₹833 lakhs. The unutilized amount of issue expenses was reallocated to general corporate purposes, resulting in a deviation of ₹27.51 lakhs.
