CG Vak Software & Exports Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the securities of the company by the designated persons. The closure will be in effect from 01.04.2026 until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the period ended 31st March, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018.
