Chalet Hotels Appoints Gautam Mehra as Independent Director

Chalet Hotels Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Gautam Mehra as an Additional Director and Independent Director, effective July 17, 2026, for a five-year term ending July 16, 2031. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Mehra brings extensive experience as a business advisor, with a background in professional services, including a decade at PwC where he led the India Tax and Regulatory practice. He has advised numerous funds and corporations on investments, business transformation, and succession planning. He is not debarred from holding directorships and is not disqualified under the Companies Act, 2013. Mr. Mehra is not related to any existing directors of the company.
