Chalet Hotels Ltd Approves Acquisition of Resort Property in Udaipur for Rs.171 Crore & Key Executive Appointments

Chalet Hotels Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the proposed acquisition of a company owning a resort property in Udaipur, Rajasthan, with approximately 150 rooms at a proposed consideration of Rs.171 crore, subject to adjustments for net assets/liabilities. The company will provide further details once definitive agreements are entered into and necessary statutory approvals are obtained. Additionally, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Shwetank Singh as the Managing Director and CEO and Dr. Sanjay Sethi as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director, both effective from February 1, 2026.
