Chalet Hotels Reports Strong Q4FY25 Results: Best Ever Hospitality and Consolidated Revenue ADR at INR 14,345, Up 21%

Chalet Hotels Limited has announced its Q4FY25 results, revealing a robust performance in both its hospitality and commercial real estate segments. The hospitality segment reported a revenue of INR 4.6 BN, a 20% increase from Q4FY24, with an ARR of INR 14,345, a 21% rise. The same store ARR was up by 19% to INR 14,158, and occupancy expanded by 30 bps to 76%. The commercial real estate segment also showed strong growth, with revenue up by 75% to INR 619 MN and EBITDA up by 83% to INR 498 MN. The company also announced its acquisition of Lakeview Mercantile Company Private Limited, which owns a 15-acre beachfront land in Bambolim, North Goa, with the potential to develop a 170-room luxury resort. The company's sustainability success was also highlighted, with a Dow Jones Sustainability Index score of 67 and a CDP 'B' score in Climate Change and Water Security.
