Chalet Hotels to Develop a Luxury Hotel in Hyderabad's Madhapur with an Investment of ~Rs.6,328 Million

Chalet Hotels Ltd. has announced its plan to develop a proposed ~330 room Luxury Hotel along with commercial/retail space of ~36,255 sq. ft. at Madhapur in Hyderabad. The hotel will be developed as part of a building premises which will be availed on a warm shell lease. This will be the Company’s third hotel at Hyderabad. The project is in line with the company's investment and expansion strategy. The investment required for this project is ~Rs.6,328 Million, which will be financed through a combination of internal accruals and debt. The proposed capacity is expected to be added by FY2029.
