Chaman Lal Setia Exports Ltd. has announced its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 28, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. via Video Conference (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The company will present the Audited Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, along with the Directors' and Auditors' reports. A final dividend of ₹3 per equity share (150%) is proposed for the same financial year. Additionally, two directors, Mr. Sankesh Setia and Mr. Ankit Setia, who are retiring by rotation, will be considered for re-appointment.
