Chaman Lal Setia Exports Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure

Chaman Lal Setia Exports Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be in effect from Wednesday, 01.04.2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2026. The date of the Board Meeting for approval and adoption of Audited Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2026 will be communicated separately. This decision is in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct and SEBI (prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
