Chambal Breweries Amalgamation Scheme Deferred by Invade Agro

Chambal Breweries & Distilleries Limited's Board approved a Draft Scheme of Amalgamation with Invade Agro Limited on June 29, 2026. However, Invade Agro Limited's Board deferred the consideration of the scheme. This deferral was due to insufficient time for directors to review the agenda papers and supporting documents, as they were circulated shortly before the meeting. The matter will be reconsidered at subsequent board meetings of both companies. The amalgamation will proceed only after mutual board approval and necessary statutory/regulatory clearances.
