Invade Agro Limited to Acquire 26% Stake in Chambal Breweries & Distilleries Ltd for INR 116.82 Crores

Invade Agro Limited, through its Managing Director— Mrs. Meenal Shrirang Patwardhan, has submitted a Letter of Offer to acquire up to 19,47,077 fully paid-up equity shares of Chambal Breweries & Distilleries Ltd. The offer is made at an offer price of INR 6.00 per share, amounting to a total consideration of INR 116.82 crores. The offer is in compliance with the SEBI (SAST) Regulations and is not conditional upon any minimum level of acceptance. The offer is not a competitive offer and public shareholders who have accepted the offer cannot withdraw their acceptance during the Tendering Period.
