Chandni Machines Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q4 2025

Chandni Machines Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The closure is in accordance with the company's Code to Regulate, Monitor and report trading by Employees and other connected persons as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be reopened after 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board Meeting where the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on December 31, 2025 are approved. The date of the Board Meeting will be intimated in due course. Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives are prohibited from trading in the securities of the Company during the closed window.
