Chandni Machines Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 13, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The meeting will be held at the company's registered office in Mumbai. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the company, which was closed for all designated persons from January 1, 2026, will remain closed till 48 hours after the financial results are published on the portal of the Stock Exchanges.
