Chandra Prabhu International Ltd. to Approve Q3 and Nine Months Financial Results on Jan 30, 2026

Chandra Prabhu International Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on January 30, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The meeting will take place at the company's registered office in Gurugram, Haryana. In accordance with the code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for all designated persons, immediate relatives, and all concerned persons covered under the code will be closed from January 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results. The trading window will reopen on February 2, 2026.
