Trading Window Closure Notice by Chandra Prabhu International Ltd.

Chandra Prabhu International Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from April 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2026. This closure applies to all designated persons or classes of designated persons. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to consider and approve the audited Financial Results will be informed in due course.
