Chartered Capital MD Re-appointed; Senior Management Role Changes

Chartered Capital & Investment Ltd announced key management changes following its Board Meeting on August 10, 2026. Mr. Mohib N. Khericha has been re-appointed as the Managing Director for a further period of three years, effective April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2030. This re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Additionally, Mr. Sagar Bhatt's designation has been changed from President – Strategy & Operations to President – Strategy & Investment, effective immediately. The board also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and scheduled the 40th Annual General Meeting for September 17, 2026.
