Chartered Capital Re-appoints Mohib Khericha as MD for 3 Years

Chartered Capital & Investment Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Mohib N. Khericha as Managing Director for a further period of three years, effective April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2030. This decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on August 10, 2026, following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The company also approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and a change in designation for Mr. Sagar Bhatt. The 40th AGM is scheduled for September 17, 2026.
