Chartered Logistics Approves FY26 Audited Financial Results

Chartered Logistics Ltd's Board of Directors approved the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, following a review and recommendation by the Audit Committee. The board also approved omnibus related party transactions for the financial year 2026-27.
