Chase Bright Steel Ltd. Announces 65th Annual Report for FY 2024-25 with Board Changes and Secretarial Auditor Appointment

Chase Bright Steel Ltd. has released its 65th Annual Report for the Financial Year 2024-25, in compliance with Regulation 34 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The report includes the Notice of the 65th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, which will be held on Tuesday, 30 September, 2025. The AGM will transact ordinary business, such as adopting the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, and appointing a Director in place of Shri Avinash Jajodia. Additionally, the AGM will consider special business, including the appointment of M/s. Leena Agrawal & Co. as the Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive years. The Company has also provided the facility of remote e-voting to its Members in respect of the business to be transacted at the AGM.
