In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from 1st July, 2025 to 3rd October, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the Promoters / Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company.
