
Chatha Foods Expands Capacity, Announces Joint Venture, and Diversifies Client Base
Chatha Foods Ltd. has announced significant updates on its expansion plans, including the commissioning of a new Vegetarian Foods Unit and a Joint Venture with Allana for export-oriented value-added food products. The company is also expanding its client base beyond QSRs. The new Vegetarian Foods Unit, with a capacity of 16,000 MT, is expected to be commissioned by January 31, 2026, and will manufacture a variety of products for QSR, HoReCa, own-brand D2C, and export markets. The Allana JV, located in Aurangabad, is on track for commercial export operations by January 31, 2026, and has established a dedicated R&D and pilot-plant capability. Chatha Foods is also hiring a professional Marketing and Sales team to expand its commercial outreach beyond QSR clients to include HoReCa, Modern Trade, E-Commerce, and General Trade market segments.
