This subsidiary will carry on the business of Advertising and Media. The subsidiary was incorporated on 16th January, 2026, with a share capital of AED 400,000. Chatterbox Technologies Limited will hold 61% of the capital in the subsidiary. This move is expected to give Chatterbox Technologies Limited vast business exposure in the Middle East.
