Chemcrux Enterprises Ltd Enters Exclusive Purchase and Marketing Agreement for Para Nitro Benzoic Acid (PNBA)

Chemcrux Enterprises Limited has entered into an Exclusive Purchase and Marketing Agreement for Para Nitro Benzoic Acid (PNBA). The agreement is between Chemcrux Enterprises Limited and Deepak Nitrite Limited. As per the agreement, Deepak Nitrite Limited and/or its subsidiary Deepak Chem Tech Limited will supply raw materials for the manufacturing of PNBA. Chemcrux Enterprises Limited will manufacture the PNBA, and Deepak Nitrite Limited will market it. The agreement is valid for three years from the effective date, i.e., 21st May 2025.
