Chemfab Alkalis Ltd Incorporates Wholly Owned Subsidiary for Manufacturing High Quality OPVC Pipes

Chemfab Alkalis Ltd has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Chemfab Hiitech Piping Limited (CHPL), in India for manufacturing, buying, selling, importing and exporting high quality OPVC (Oriented Polyvinyl Chloride) pipes and fittings. The subsidiary was incorporated on 28th October, 2025 with an investment of Rs. 5,00,000. The company will be engaged in the business of manufacturing, buying, selling, importing and exporting high quality OPVC (Oriented Polyvinyl Chloride) pipes of all sizes and varieties and fittings used in agricultural, engineering, electrical and mechanical industries and allied business activities.
