Chemiesynth (Vapi) Ltd Reconstitutes Nomination and Remuneration Committee

Chemiesynth (Vapi) Ltd has announced the reconstitution of its Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The reconstitution was approved at a Board meeting held on 13-02-2026. The changes were made to ensure compliance with Section 178 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 19 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Mr. Sandip Zaveri, Promoter Director, ceased to be a member and Mr. Satish Zaveri, Promoter Non-Executive Director, was appointed as a member. The reconstituted Committee comprises Mr. Pramod G. Gujarathi, Mr. Jigna Prajapati, and Mr. Satish Zaveri.
