Chennai Ferrous Industries Closes Trading Window for Q2 FY27

Chennai Ferrous Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The window will be effective from October 1, 2026, in compliance with SEBI regulations and the company's insider trading code. This measure is in place to prevent insider trading during the period leading up to the board meeting where the unaudited financial results for the quarter will be approved. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the conclusion of the board meeting, the date of which will be communicated separately. Designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's securities during this period.
