Chennai Ferrous Industries Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q4 2025

Chennai Ferrous Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The closure is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be reopened after 48 hours of the conclusion of the Board meeting where the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 will be approved. The date of the Board meeting is yet to be announced.
