Chennai Meenakshi Hospital Reconstitutes Audit & Stakeholder Committees

Chennai Meenakshi Multispecialty Hospital Limited has approved the reconstitution of its Audit Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. This action follows the cessation of certain directors after the 36th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026. The reconstitution ensures ongoing compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations and the Companies Act, 2013. The updated committees include Mr. R.V. Ramanuja Bharathi as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Mr. Akash Prabhakar as Chairman of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
