Chennai Petroleum Corp 60th AGM on Aug 24, 2026; ₹54 Dividend Proposed

Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd has announced that its 60th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the fiscal year 2025-26 will be held on August 24, 2026, at 11:00 am IST via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The company also fixed August 7, 2026, as the record date for determining eligibility for an equity dividend of ₹54.00 per share (540%). The integrated annual report, including financial statements and reports, will be sent to registered members via email. Remote e-voting will be available from August 20 to August 23, 2026, for members holding shares on the cut-off date of August 17, 2026. The dividend, if approved at the AGM, will be paid within 30 days.
