CPCL Board to meet Apr 24 for FY26 results & dividend

Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd (CPCL) announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Friday, April 24, 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.
