Chiraharit Ltd: Promoter Group Acquires 52.56% Stake

Malaxmi Climate Resilience Platform Private Limited, a promoter group entity, has acquired 2,87,99,990 equity shares, representing 52.56% of the total share capital, in Chiraharit Limited from Dr. Tejaswini Yarlagadda. This off-market inter-se transfer within the promoter group, executed on September 10, 2026, consolidates promoter holdings. The acquisition was made pursuant to Regulation 10(1)(a)(iii) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Post-acquisition, Malaxmi Climate Resilience Platform Private Limited holds the entire 52.56% stake.
