Chiraharit Ltd: Promoter Sells 52.56% Stake to Malaxmi Climate

Chiraharit Limited has disclosed a significant change in its promoter shareholding. Dr. Tejaswini Yarlagadda, a promoter, has sold her entire stake of 2,87,99,990 equity shares, representing 52.56% of the total share capital, to Malaxmi Climate Resilience Platform Private Limited. Malaxmi Climate Resilience Platform is also part of the promoter group. The transaction was conducted off-market as an inter-se transfer within the promoter group. This change in substantial shareholding has been reported under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
