Chiraharit Ltd: Purchase Order Amended to ₹9.99 Cr

Chiraharit Limited has announced an amendment to a previously reported purchase order. Initially, an order valued at ₹9.54 Crore was received through ICOMM TELE LIMITED on March 24, 2026, and reported on April 9, 2026. This order was a conversion of a Letter of Award (LOA) from GREENKO AP01 IREP PRIVATE LIMITED. However, due to internal arrangements by Greenko, the work order has been reissued directly to Chiraharit Limited for ₹9.99 Crore. The Composite EPC Agreement was signed on July 14, 2026, and received on July 20, 2026. This amendment replaces the order received via ICOMM TELE LIMITED, with the execution of the orders currently in process.
