Chiraharit Ltd to hold 20th AGM on September 24, 2026

Chiraharit Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 24, 2026, approved the convening of the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, September 24, 2026. The board also approved the Directors' Report, Management Discussion and Analysis Report, and other documents for the Financial Year 2025-26, which will be circulated to members. Mrs. Rashida Hatim Adenwala has been appointed as the Scrutinizer for the AGM's voting process.
