MKP Mobility Board approves Q4/FY26 results, appoints internal auditor

The Board of Directors of MKP Mobility Limited met on May 28, 2026. During the meeting, the Board considered and approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The Statutory Auditors issued an unmodified opinion on these financial results. Additionally, the Board approved the appointment of M/s. Aniket Solanki and Company, Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27.
