Choice International gets SEBI nod for Sponsor & Investment Manager roles

Choice International Limited and its subsidiary Choice AMC Private Limited have received approval from SEBI. Choice International will act as the sponsor for Wealthwave Capital Trust, a SEBI-registered Category II Alternate Investment Fund (AIF). Choice AMC Private Limited will serve as the Investment Manager for the same AIF.
