Choice International Limited has incorporated a step down subsidiary under the name 'Choice Green Energy MH-2 Private Limited' through its wholly owned subsidiary 'Choice Consultancy Services Private Limited'. The new company, registered under the Companies Act 2013 on May 15, 2025, will engage in the development of solar projects, including the generation, supply and sale of power, the construction of non-conventional/renewable energy facilities, and various ancillary activities. Choice Green Energy MH-2 Private Limited has a subscribed capital of Rs. 10,00,000, and Choice International Limited holds 100% shareholding.
