Choksi Labs Clarifies Delay in EGM Proceedings Submission

Choksi Laboratories Ltd has submitted a clarification to the BSE regarding a delay in the submission of proceedings from its Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on October 17, 2026. The company stated that the delay was inadvertent and due to technical reasons, with the proceedings being submitted on October 18, 2026, one day after the meeting. Choksi Laboratories emphasized that this was an unintentional error and assured that they are usually compliant with listing regulations. They have resubmitted the EGM proceedings along with this clarification. The EGM was conducted via video conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), with resolutions passed on a preferential basis for the issuance of convertible warrants.
