Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd has confirmed the allotment of 35,000 secured, listed, rated, and redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) worth ₹350 crore. The NCDs, part of a larger issue size of ₹1000 crore (including a green shoe option of ₹650 crore), carry a coupon rate of 8.64% and mature on August 21, 2026. The issuance was conducted via private placement through the NSE Electronic Bond Platform. These NCDs are secured and listed on the WDM segment of the NSE, with a tenure of approximately 2 years, 10 months, and 11 days. The coupon payment frequency is annual, with the first payment due on July 2, 2027, and the final payment on maturity.
