Cholamandalam Investment Converts 43,000 CCDs to 30.55 Lakh Equity Shares

Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd has announced the conversion of 43,000 Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs) into 30,54,849 equity shares. The conversion was approved by the QIP Committee of the Board of Directors. Each CCD, with a face value of Rs. 1,00,000/-, was converted into equity shares at a conversion price of Rs. 1,407.59/- per share. This conversion price represents a 16.50% discount to the seven-day volume-weighted average price preceding September 30, 2026. The newly allotted equity shares will rank pari-passu with existing shares and will be listed on BSE and NSE. The company's issued and paid-up capital has increased post-allotment.
