Chordia Food Products Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window Until 48 Hours After Q1 FY2026-27 Financial Results

Chordia Food Products Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all promoters, directors, insiders, designated employees, and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct. The trading window will remain closed from 1 April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended on 31 March, 2026. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the Audited Financial Results will be informed separately.
