Chothani Foods Ltd announced that its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for September 30, 2026. The Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 3, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s. Sharatkumar Shetty & Associates as Secretarial Auditors and M/s. B Chothani & Associates as Internal Auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27. Additionally, the board recommended the reappointment of Mr. Raviprakash Narayan Vyas as Independent Director and Mr. Neeraj Ashok Chothani as Managing Director, and Mr. Sunil Shivji Chothani as Whole Time Director, all for five-year terms, subject to shareholder approval. The AGM will take place at the company's registered office in Mumbai.
