Chothani Foods Reappoints Independent Director for 5 Years

Chothani Foods Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Raviprakash Narayan Vyas as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of five consecutive years, commencing April 19, 2027, to April 18, 2032. This reappointment is subject to shareholder approval. The Board of Directors also approved the appointment of M/s. Sharatkumar Shetty & Associates as Secretarial Auditors and M/s. B Chothani & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. Additionally, the 13th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 30, 2026. The company also reappointed Mr. Neeraj Ashok Chothani as Managing Director and Mr. Sunil Shivji Chothani as Whole Time Director for five-year terms.
