Chowgule Steamships AGM: All Resolutions Approved

Chowgule Steamships Limited held its 63rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 5, 2026. The meeting, conducted at Vasco-Da-Gama, Goa, included provisions for remote e-voting and voting by ballot papers. Mr. Pranay Vaidya was appointed as the scrutinizer for the voting process.
