Binita Jayantilal Parmar has acquired 15,25,000 convertible warrants in Callista Industries Ltd through a preferential allotment. These warrants, with a face value of Rs. 10 each, are convertible into equity shares at a 1:1 ratio within 18 months at Rs. 10 per share.
