DSD Corpcon LLP Acquires 10.64% Stake in Callista Industries

DSD Corpcon LLP has acquired 500,000 equity shares, representing 10.64% of the total share capital, in Callista Industries Ltd through a preferential allotment. The allotment occurred on June 23, 2026. This acquisition increases the total equity share capital of Callista Industries to Rs. 4,69,65,880/- and the diluted share capital to Rs. 29,94,65,880/-.
