Manisha Vikaskumar Saraf has acquired 10,00,000 equity shares in Callista Industries Ltd through the conversion of convertible warrants. This acquisition, effective August 6, 2026, represents 10.47% of the total share capital and 3.33% of the diluted share capital before the transaction. Following this, her total holding increases to 30,00,000 shares, constituting 20.95% of the total share capital and 10.01% of the diluted share capital.
